Your name:
Jaime King, actress and film-maker.
Where did we meet you?
At Chateau Marmont, December 2011.
Most fashionable moment?
My life has been filled with so many amazing fashion moments, I cannot express how grateful I am. The list could be never ending! Being in Alexander McQueen’s very first fashion show, wearing the iconic bumper skirt, and every show of his until I started acting is a hugely fashionable moment. Lee taught me how to drink tea properly, with milk, sugar, and biscuits. (I was a girl from Omaha, we didn’t have tea there!)
If you could be anywhere in five minutes, where would it be?
On set shooting the upcoming feature that will be my directorial debut, Polar Seasons, surrounded by my amazing cast and lead Dakota Johnson, saying “Action!”
Top tip:
Love yourself, because it can be so easy to forget.
Favourite English thing:
The Royal Family…and Arsenal Football Club!
Favourite place in the world:
Wherever my husband is.
My own personal heaven is…
Meditating. Hiking with my dogs and husband. Being in a sacred space, writing and creating with the people I love and turning it into a living breathing art. Oh, and having a billion dollar film fund!
What skill would you like to acquire in five minutes?
To be able to play the guitar, piano, and produce and mix my own music because I love to sing.

The Spring Summer 2012 campaign, shot by renowned British photographer Tim Walker and featuring models Lindsey Wixson and Frida Gustavsson.
Our Spring Summer 2012 campaign was shot on the UK’s Brighton Beach, with the historic pier as the backdrop. We were so lucky to have a clear, crisp and bright day with blue skies and sunshine – certainly not a given in the depths of a British October!
Brighton Beach is a picture-postcard snapshot of a traditional British beach, with a pier, arcade games, seafront fish and chips and big wheel, all things that inspired our new season.
Brighton was a small, sleepy seaside town until the nineteenth century when a new railway from London opened to make it easier for tourists to visit. Brighton Pier is officially known as the Brighton Palace Pier, and was opened in a grand ceremony in 1899. The pier’s history features many British seaside traditions, including original amusement arcade machines in 1905, and a later concert hall and bandstand.

In just over a week’s time people across the world will be celebrating Chinese New Year – a time for celebrating with families and marking the end of the winter season. Money is often given as a gift in envelopes, and as red is the colour of luck and prosperity, this is traditionally used to decorate during the festivities.
2012 is the Year of the Dragon in the Chinese calendar, so we have created packs of red envelopes with a touch of dragon to them, which are being given out in selected stores until after Chinese New Year on the 23 January.
Happy Year of the Dragon!

We were so excited to have Lindsey Wixson and Frida Gustavsson model for our Spring Summer 2012 campaign. Their natural, effortless beauty worked really well against the eclectic, candy-coloured Mulberry beach scene.
Hair stylist Malcolm Edwards explained, “Both girls have gorgeous golden locks, so I decided to run with that and add some hair that I had hand dyed. I mixed a bright sunflower yellow with a burnt orange and it blended really well with the girls’ natural tones, but gave a surreal pop of colour at the same time!”
Here are a few exclusive shots of Frida and Lindsey on location on Brighton Beach, their smiles stayed put from sunrise to sundown!

Mulberry has hit the beach for Spring Summer 2012, piling into retro caravans for a Seventies summer of fun. Inspired by the great British seaside – piers, arcades, donkey rides and sticks of rock – our new season is a riot of colour, classic British summers and camping cool.
Our seasonal campaign was shot by renowned British photographer Tim Walker on location in Brighton in front of its iconic pier and seafront.
Creative director Emma Hill and brand director Georgia Fendley want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved on the day’s shoot: our gorgeous models Lindsey Wixson and Frida Gustavsson, photographer Tim Walker stylist Edward Enninful, Ronnie Cooke Newhouse and her team at House and Holme, hair stylist Malcolm Edwards, make-up artist Val Garland, set designer Andy Hillman and the whole production team.
The new year brings a new bag to Mulberry – the Harriet. Inspired by the softly smart shape of the Neely from Autumn Winter 2010 (they share the same lock closure and glossy leather finish) Harriet is a pared-back style: classically shaped, practical in size and with an overall easy elegance, in day and evening options.
We love the bright and bold street style snaps from Street Peeper, featuring interesting people in interesting places. The man behind it, Phil Oh, has captured a few women with their Mulberry bags on his travels.
